DATA PROCESSING

AKA Direct has provided high quality, fast turnaround, data entry, caging & cashiering, rebate handling and batching & sourcing services since 1968. Our experienced in-house data entry staff are specialists in name, address and demographic as well as BRC and survey document entry. The department has its own dedicated, high performance computer network for high-speed, off-line data entry and validation.

The operating environment is Key Entry III, a high performance data entry software package recognized worldwide as the leader in high volume transaction processing. On-line Database Management is accomplished via direct connections to AKA's database host systems.

The combination of these resources allows AKA to successfully undertake data capture projects of up to 10,000 incoming documents per day with a maximum ramp-up period of 3 days to enter over 20,000 documents per day during peak loads. Our ability to increase this volume capacity in a very short period of time assures our customers of our ability to respond to the wildest fluctuations in incoming inquiry volume without unnecessary hang-ups, capacity charges, or guaranteed minimums.
